Brown Performance Strength and Conditioning is kicking off 2019 with a 12-week group fitness challenge starting January 7, 2019 - March 29, 2019.

We want this training program to be inclusive and for anyone wanting to make a lasting change in and out of the gym. Whether you are just getting started on your fitness journey or looking at taking your fitness to the next level, we want you to simply FEEL better, MOVE better, and get STRONGER! Challenge is growth and putting yourself into situations that demands success will yield amazing results.

The Training Times are as follows:

Monday-Thursday @ 7:20PM.

Saturday: TBD

FEES:

JANUARY (First MONTH) = $75

FEBRUARY + MARCH = $125 ea.
